  • Log in using your member ID (or email) and password. Once you have successfully created your profile, your username will be your email address and the password will be the one you created at the time your profile was created.
  • From the login page, you can click “Forgot your Password." Please enter your username (member ID or email address). If a record of your email address is found, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. If your email address is not found in our records, or your email address has changed, you will need to contact us at or call 703-684-2600 with a correction prior to accessing the link.
  •  If you have successfully created your profile, an email confirmation was sent to your inbox. Please check your spam folder(s) for it may have been sent there. If there is no email confirmation, please contact AMCP Member Services at  or you may use the Contact US.

Claiming Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) Credit

Click here to access the CPE Monitor Service site and register to receive your NABP e-Profile ID. Please Note:  We recommend waiting 24 hours after receiving your NABP e-Profile ID before claiming the credit on the AMCP Learn portal.

After successfully completed a learning activity and its requirements (i.e.; post-test if applicable) and complete the evaluation, you may claim the credit. If you are in the activity, click the Claim Credit button; enter the NABP e-Profile ID, Birth Month and Birth Day. If you are not in the activity, click on My Learning Activities tab in the top navigation bar and select the title of the completed activity and click the Claim Credit button. Please note: The CPE credit(s) you have claimed are recorded by AMCP in your transcripts tab and reported to CPE Monitor within 72 hours or less.   

If you have already claimed credit for the live activity during an AMCP national meeting or a Live CPE webinar you cannot claim credit for the enduring home study version.   Please note: The original ACPE UAN has an (L) for the live activity and an (H) for the home study version.

Completing a Learning Activity

Click on the "My Learning Activities" tab in the top navigation bar to access and launch your activity. Your course or activity will be available immediately after purchase.

Yes, your progress is saved as you go, so whenever you return to your learning activity you can resume where you left off.  Please do not advance the videos, advancing will prevent the system from displaying "Completed" or advancing to the next activity.

Yes, you can access your learning activities from any computer with an internet connection or a mobile device or tablet.
No, you must be connected to the internet to view and take all learning activities.
Learning activities are available for a specific time after the activity has been accessed or opened. Be sure to know the close date of your activities. Each activity will show a "Close Date" in your enrollments to the left of the title of the activity. All activities must be completed before the close date or they will expire and you will not be able to claim CPE credit.
Yes, you will have a total of three (3) attempts for the Post-Test.

No, a learning activity has a set time limit.

Purchasing a Learning Activity Product

Purchasing a home study activity is easy!  Log in, click on the catalog tab to start browsing or click on the right-hand navigation and search by category or by tag.   Please note that if you attended a live educational activity at our national meetings you will not be able to claim credit again for the home study version of the repurposed CPE activity.
Yes, you can purchase more than one learning product at a time.


We can offer you a full refund of your purchase price if you experience a technical or content problem that we cannot resolve to your satisfaction. Courses not yet completed are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the original purchase date less a $5 service charge.  Any eligible requests must be sent in writing to All completed courses are ineligible for refunds. Please note that any cancellation or refund will also remove access to courses specified, and any continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits that you have earned from them will be lost.

In the 1st version, you purchased a pharmacist can earn a maximum of 15 contact hours (1.5 CEUs) of CPE credit, and in the new 2nd Edition a pharmacist can earn a maximum of 8.75 contact hours (0.875 CEUs)Please email for immediate help.
