This session is sponsored by Amgen and will review the findings and lessons learned from Amgen, Optum Life Sciences, and a health plan network ACO collaborating to improve the blood cholesterol outcomes in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) patients by providing guideline-based treatment.
