CMS launched the Medicare Transaction Facilitator Data Module (MTF DM) on June 9, 2025 and has been working with dispensing entities across the U.S. to enroll and onboard since. The CMS MTF Team is continuing our commitment to make sure all dispensing entities have the information and support needed to complete enrollment in the MTF DM to ensure they are prepared for the effectuation of the new negotiated maximum fair prices (MFPs) for selected drugs covered under Medicare Part D beginning on January 1, 2026. Now is the time to enroll in the MTF DM to ensure your pharmacy is ready for January.  The information you provide during the enrollment process is necessary to process MFP refund payments from drug manufacturers. 

The CMS team will provide a comprehensive explanation of the MTF Enrollment Process and will be available to address questions that have come up during the enrollment phase for AMCP members who are thinking about enrolling.
