Course Description
Transthyretin amyloidosis cardiomyopathy (ATTR‑CM) presents significant clinical and managed care challenges related to delayed diagnosis, complex care pathways, and evolving treatment options. This session examines current and emerging pharmacologic therapies, along with recent evidence, to inform treatment selection and monitoring. Through a multi‑stakeholder discussion, perspectives from clinicians, payers, health systems, and patient representatives are used to highlight opportunities for improved care coordination. Regional variations in access, diagnosis, and managed care operations are explored to identify strategies that support equitable care delivery. Participants will gain practical insights to enhance collaboration and optimize outcomes for patients with ATTR‑CM.
