Course Description
Actively seeking and integrating the patient voice is instrumental in shaping a more robust and responsive healthcare system. It enhances the overall quality of care and leads to more positive health outcomes in all lines of business. In this AMCP Talks-Style presentation, faculty will guide participants through strategies to incorporate the patient experience into both managed care settings and pharmaceutical research through real-world examples.
Additionally, this session will explore how to utilize and collect meaningful patient experience data, the importance of setting measurable goals, and how to leverage existing resources to ensure patient-centricity remains at the core of your practices.
