Program Description

The objective of this Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacokinetic (PK/PD) analysis is to evaluate Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) occupancy at doses included in the US Prescribing Information (USPI) dose modifications for adverse reactions recommendations.

Learning Objectives

  • Review the dose modification guidance for adverse reactions included in the US Prescribing Information.
  • Explain the PK/PD findings showing BTK occupancy at doses included in the USPI dose modifications for adverse reactions.
