Program Description

Join Haider Andazola, Partner at Manatt Health, for an exploration of the pharmaceutical drug pricing arrangements that have become a priority for the second Trump administration. This session will highlight the international reference pricing models in use around the globe, as well as the Most-Favored-Nation drug pricing arrangements made between the White House, Department of Health and Human Services, and major manufacturers.

We’ll break down the real-world implications of these arrangements, including how lawmakers may work to codify such arrangements in statute. The session will also cover potential consequences for small to mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturers, as well as payers.
