Course Description
Pharmacy benefit managers (PBM) are once again in the spotlight on Capitol Hill as both the Senate and the House consider legislation that would limit current PBM business practice. How will Medicare Part D and commercial markets be impacted? Which PBM-related policies are likely to receive support moving forward?
This session will provide important updates on the current status of PBM and health care reform legislation, potential implementation timelines, and the potential wide-reaching effects of PBM and health care reform.
