Module 3: Building a Monograph - Evidence Evaluation

Module Description

Building on Module 2, this module will delve into the process of building a drug monograph. Furthermore, this module will provide how to effectively collect and evaluate relevant evidence to support the monograph recommendation. 

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Outline key components of a comprehensive literature search. 
  • Identify strategies to critically evaluate the evidence and determine which trial outcomes, such as key measures and safety data, should be highlighted in the monograph. 
  • Identify types of clinical and economic evidence that may be used to support the monograph review.
