Program Description
Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are chronic autoimmune disorders associated with major clinical and economic burden. The American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) recently released updates to their clinical guidelines for the Management of Crohn's Disease (CD) and Ulcerative Colitis (UC) in Adults. Both guidelines incorporate available evidence to provide recommendations for the treatment and prevention of complications associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The objective of this webinar is to highlight guideline updates and provide suggestions for application of the recommendations into practice and payer policy.
