Program Description
Tariffs are dominating the front pages of newspapers and are at the top of mind for many Americans (and their wallets). Though prescription drugs have historically been exdluded from tariffs, the threat to expand tariffs to the pharmaceutical supply chain has increased. This session will provide an overview of how tariffs work, the unique vulnerabilities of different aspects of the U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain to tariffs, and how manufacturers, payers, and providers are reacting to and managing the future risk of tariffs
