Course Description
Tired of hearing about how your Members of Congress aren’t doing anything? Ever wonder what those down-ballot candidates are up to? Join AMCP Government Affairs staff for a discussion on the latest trends in state-level pharmacy policy. This session will identify key state legislative initiatives impacting managed care pharmacy, including attempts to rein in prescription drug spending and authorizing Medicaid coverage for GLP-1 agonists. AMCP staff will also review important state regulations affecting pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
