Faculty will begin by addressing the existing need for AI in managed care, highlighting challenges such as fragmented data systems, inefficiencies in formulary management, and the growing demand for personalized, value-based care. Current AI offerings will serve as examples of how technology is already improving operational efficiency and clinical decision-making.
The session will outline a practice roadmap for stakeholders as speakers discuss the vision of a future where AI drives predictive analytics, automates utilization management, enhances patient engagement, and supports real-time decision-making for payers. Attendees will explore the possibilities of AI with an eye towards the future, as we connect today’s offerings to tomorrow’s aspirations.
