Instructions for Claiming Your Certificate of Completion

• Go to amcplearn.org/code in your browser.
• You will see a page that says, “Confirmation Form.” 
• Enter the code, then click “Submit.” 
• Then hover over the arrow next to  “My Account” and click “Current Activities” to complete the evaluation.
• Click on the title of the activity to begin the post-test. Then click the “Take Course” button.
• Click on "Post-test" on the left side of the screen and then "Start."
• Complete the Post-test and click "Finish" at the bottom of the page. 
• Then click on the evaluation and then "Start."
• Click “Submit” at the bottom of the page once it's complete.
• Click "Certificate of Completion" on the left side of the screen then “Start" and then "download certificate."
